How is Reyo different from tools like Mailcharts or Panoramata?

Other tools end at the data. Reyo starts there. Mailcharts shows you what your competitors sent last week. Reyo tells you whether to launch a promo this week at all — and if so, with what discount. We also analyze newsletters far deeper (mechanics, tone, targeting hypotheses instead of just subject lines), are the only provider tracking push notifications, and deliver Predictive Analytics for future competitor campaigns.

Do I need Reyo on top of my CRM tool?

Yes. Reyo doesn't replace your CRM tool — we are the intelligence layer above it. Klaviyo, Brevo, Braze, HubSpot and co. exist to send campaigns. Reyo decides what should be sent and when. Both worlds work together, not against each other.

What exactly do you track from my competitors?

We capture all publicly accessible CRM activity: newsletters (including content, mechanics, themes, tone), push notifications (web and mobile), promotions and sales campaigns, Meta Ads. For newsletters we go especially deep — we extract more than subject lines. We analyze discounts, mechanics, theme clusters, tone, targeting hypotheses and send-time patterns. On the Growth plan: 10 competitors. On Enterprise: 50. Both plans let you expand in packages of 10 (+€49/M per package). Transparent and predictable — no credit system, no usage pricing.

Competitor Views are curated competitor sets. You can create, for example: "Main Competition" — the 5 brands you watch daily. "Role Models" — brands you want to learn from. "DACH Market" — competitors filtered by region. "Premium Segment" — competitors filtered by price tier. Switch between perspectives with one click and only see the competitors relevant to your current context. Growth: 3 views, Enterprise: 5 views.

How current is the data?

Newsletters and push notifications are captured in real-time. Promotions and web activity update multiple times per day. You receive Smart Alerts when something relevant happens — e.g. a competitor launches an aggressive sale.

Yes — and this is one of our core USPs. We don't just analyze your competitors, we analyze you too. With the same AI depth. So you can see when you're colliding with competitors on timing, which promos run in parallel and cannibalize each other, where you deviate in mechanics and tone, and which channels your competitors miss. Optionally you can also connect your internal performance data.

Which channels are not yet tracked — and what can I do if I need a different one?

Today we track newsletters, push, Meta Ads and promotions. Web, WhatsApp, SMS and other channels are technically possible on our infrastructure. If you need a specific channel: talk to our sales team — we can implement it on the Enterprise plan via Custom Integrations.

Our AI condenses thousands of data points from competitors, trends, events and market context into concrete recommendations. A typical recommendation looks like: "Launch Cozy Winter Styles on Dec 18 — Cold Wave and Christmas Shopping converge. Recommended discount: -25%. Channel: Email + Push. Competitor Zalando is running a -40% sale, so we position with premium feeling instead of price." Every recommendation comes with reasoning — the why. You see transparently which competitors, trends and data fed into the recommendation. No black box.

How reliable are the recommendations?

Our AI learns from historical data of 200+ shops in the market and gets continuously better. Important to understand: the AI doesn't replace the judgment of a good CRM manager — it provides a well-founded recommendation as a starting point. You decide what to take and what to adapt. You can thumbs-up or thumbs-down each recommendation, which feeds directly into model optimization.

Weekly market analyses with assessment: what matters right now, what you can ignore. Including concrete counter-move suggestions when competitors run aggressive campaigns. Counter-moves recommended: 1) Premium positioning with storytelling instead of price reduction, 2) Loyalty mechanic for existing customers, 3) Time it one week later for higher visibility."

Can we customize AI suggestions or define our own rules?

Yes. You can accept, reject, or take suggestions as a starting point and adapt them. On the Enterprise plan you can additionally define custom rules — e.g. "Never recommend sales in December" or "Prefer push notifications over newsletters."

How does Reyo prevent AI recommendations from becoming "too generic"?

Three mechanisms: 1) Competitor specificity — recommendations are based on the competitors you actually track, not industry averages. 2) Closed Loop — we analyze your own campaigns too, so recommendations match your tone, frequency and mechanics. 3) Reasoning transparency — every recommendation comes with the why. If the reasoning doesn't fit, you immediately know which data point is missing or weighted wrong.

What does Predictive Analytics do?

This goes far beyond classic trend analysis: we use ML models on top of historical competitor data and provide probability heatmaps with a horizon of 4–24 weeks ahead. Example: "Zalando in 2 weeks: sale probability 87% — expected -30% on winter collection."

How accurate are the predictions?

Accuracy depends on the competitor and time horizon. For structured competitors with clear patterns (e.g. seasonal sales cycles) we are very precise. For volatile competitors with irregular activity, accuracy is lower — and we show this transparently via confidence scores. You always see how confident a prediction is (e.g. 87% probability) and can use a threshold slider to only show predictions above a certain confidence.

Is Predictive Analytics included in every plan?

On Enterprise it is included by default. On Growth you can add it as an add-on for €99/month. You get the full functionality — forecasts 4–24 weeks ahead.

Predictions are an additional data point, not a replacement for human judgment. They help you plan capacity better and act proactively instead of reactively. If our model says "Otto will launch a push notification campaign in 3 weeks with 72% probability", you can prepare your team for a counter-strategy early — instead of reacting after the fact.

Yes — when done right. We track exclusively publicly accessible data and work with original sources. That's what differentiates us from many competitors who work with newsletter screenshots and operate in a copyright-grey area. Concretely: we have a legal opinion on the lawfulness of our AI usage and data collection — so no compliance risk lands on your desk.

We capture what is publicly accessible — what anyone signing up to a newsletter list receives. We analyze this content with AI and show the extracted insights, not the original newsletters. That keeps us on the safe side of copyright while delivering you significantly more information than mere screenshots.

No. Never. What you see and configure inside your Reyo tenant is only visible to you and your team. Multi-tenant isolation at the database level ensures customer data is hard-separated.

Under one hour. Reyo is a web app — no installation, no IT setup. You book, sign up, choose your competitors and can get started immediately. Historical competitor data is available from day one.
