How is Reyo different from tools like Mailcharts or Panoramata?

Other tools end at the data. Reyo starts there. A newsletter archive shows you what your competitors sent last week. Reyo tells you whether to launch a promotion this week at all – and if so, with what discount. Reyo also reads newsletters more deeply (mechanics, tone, targeting hypotheses instead of subject lines only), tracks push notifications from 50+ retailer apps and Meta ads, and forecasts upcoming competitor campaigns (beta).

Do I need Reyo on top of my CRM tool?

Yes. Reyo does not replace your CRM or email tool – it is the intelligence layer above it. Klaviyo, Brevo, Braze, HubSpot and the like exist to send campaigns. Reyo helps you decide what to send and when. Both work together, not against each other.

In which languages is Reyo available?

German and English – interface, digest and recommendations. The competitor data itself is language-independent: Reyo reads newsletters and ads in whatever language they are sent in.

What exactly do you track from my competitors?

Everything publicly visible: newsletters (content, mechanics, themes, tone), push notifications from web and mobile apps, promotions and sales, Meta ads and website campaigns. Newsletters go deepest – from every single email Reyo extracts discount, mechanic, theme cluster, tone, targeting hypothesis and send-time pattern, not just the subject line.

Growth: 10 competitors. Enterprise: 50. Both plans expand in packages of 10 at +€49 per month per package. Predictable and transparent – no credit system, no usage-based pricing.

What are competitor views?

Accepted Answer

Curated competitor sets. For example: "Core competition" – the five brands you watch daily. "Role models" – brands you want to learn from. "DACH" – competitors filtered by region. "Premium" – competitors filtered by price tier. You switch between views with one click and only see what matters in your current context. Growth includes 3 views, Enterprise 5.

How current is the data?

Newsletters and push notifications are captured continuously as they are sent. Website and Meta ads are updated daily. On Monday at 8:15 the weekly digest summarises the week; alerts go out in between when something relevant happens – for example when a competitor starts an aggressive sale.

Does Reyo also track my own campaigns?

Yes – and that matters. Reyo analyses your brand with the same depth as your competitors. That is how you see where you collide with competitors on timing, which promotions run in parallel and cannibalise each other, where you differ in mechanic and tone, and which channels your competitors leave empty. Optionally you can add your internal performance data.

Which channels does Reyo track – and what if I need another one?

How do the campaign recommendations work?

Reyo MCP condenses thousands of data points from competitors, trends, events and market context into a concrete recommendation. A typical one reads: "Launch Cozy Winter Styles on 18 December – cold snap and Christmas shopping overlap. Suggested discount: 25 %. Channels: email and push. Zalando is running a 40 % sale, so position on premium feeling rather than price." Every recommendation shows its evidence – which competitors, trends and data went in. No black box.

How reliable are the recommendations?

Reyo learns from the campaign history of 300+ brands and improves continuously. Still, the AI does not replace the judgment of a good CRM manager – it gives you an evidenced starting point. You decide what to adopt and what to adjust – and accepting or dismissing a recommendation feeds back into what you see next.

Can we adjust the AI suggestions or define our own rules?

Yes. You can accept, reject or adapt any suggestion, and you can ask Reyo MCP for recommendations on a specific occasion or week. If you have fixed rules – a month you never discount, a channel you prefer – tell us in the demo; on the Enterprise plan we scope them with you.

How does Reyo keep recommendations from becoming generic?

Three mechanisms. Competitor specificity: recommendations are based on the competitors you actually track, not on industry averages. Closed loop: Reyo analyses your own campaigns too, so recommendations fit your tone, frequency and mechanics. Evidence: every recommendation shows the why – if it does not fit, you know which data point is missing or weighted wrong.

What do predictions do?

Reyo forecasts which campaigns your competitors are likely to launch next. Models trained on historical competitor activity produce a probability matrix per competitor and calendar week, 4 to 24 weeks ahead. Example: "About You in two weeks: sale probability 87 % – expected 30 % on the winter collection." Predictions are in beta.

In the backtest the predictions hit 84 % over a four-week horizon. Accuracy depends on the competitor: structured brands with clear seasonal cycles are forecast well, volatile brands with irregular activity less so – and Reyo shows this openly as a confidence score per cell.

Enterprise includes predictions. On Growth you add them for €99 per month with the full range – forecasts 4 to 24 weeks ahead.

Can predictions replace what my colleagues observe manually today?

Predictions are an additional data point, not a replacement for judgment. They help you plan capacity and act ahead instead of reacting. If the model says "About You launches a push campaign in three weeks with 72 % probability", you can prepare a counter-strategy early – instead of responding once it has happened.

Monthly billing: cancel any time, no notice period. Annual billing: cancel at the end of the term. After cancellation your data is deleted in line with GDPR.

Yes – when done right. Reyo tracks only publicly accessible data and works with original sources, not screenshots. The lawfulness of our data collection and AI use has been reviewed by lawyers, so no compliance risk lands on your side.

Is Reyo GDPR-compliant?

Yes. Data is processed in the EU and hosted in ISO 27001-certified data centres in Germany. A data processing agreement (DPA) is standard, as are the right to deletion, data export and access controls. No US-cloud compliance risk.

Tenant isolation at the database level (row-level security), encrypted transport (TLS), backups in Germany, granular roles. Enterprise adds single sign-on (SSO) via OIDC.

What happens to competitor newsletter data?

Reyo captures what is publicly accessible – what anyone who subscribes to a newsletter receives. The content is analysed by AI and Reyo shows the extracted insights, not the original newsletters. That keeps copyright on the safe side while giving you far more than a screenshot archive.

Will my own data be visible to competitors?

No. Never. What you see and configure in your Reyo workspace is visible to you and your team only. Tenant isolation at the database level keeps customer data strictly separated.

How quickly am I live?

Under an hour. Reyo is a web app – no installation, no IT setup. After the demo we set up your workspace, you pick your competitors and start. History is there from day one: newsletters since December 2023, plus push and Meta ads. The first recommendations arrive within 24 hours.

Live today: Asana, ClickUp, ICS calendar feeds and weather data (Open-Meteo). Planned: sync with email tools such as Klaviyo, Brevo, Braze, HubSpot, Mailchimp and Maileon. The MCP/API interface is live on the Enterprise plan. On Enterprise we scope custom connections with you.
