Campaign Planner
Your plan does not stand alone. It stands in the market.
The Campaign Planner in Reyo is a Gantt for your own promotions and campaigns – with competitor launches, occasions and forecasts in the band right above them. What Reyo recommends becomes a bar here. What you approve goes out to your agency or management as a link.
Most teams plan in one tool and watch the market in another. That is where the gap opens.
A campaign calendar in a spreadsheet knows your dates. It does not know that Zalando started its autumn sale two weeks earlier than last year, or that Thursday evening has become the push window in your category. The Planner puts both on one screen: the occasions band with holidays, sale cycles and competitor launches on top, your own campaigns as movable bars underneath – zoomable from a week to the whole year.
Every campaign carries its touchpoints: newsletter with subject line and send time, push, Meta ads, in-app, website. Umbrella campaigns hold together what belongs together – Black Week as the parent, teaser, main wave and last call as children. Checklists with owners and due dates hang directly on the bar; budget per campaign and per touchpoint sits next to it. Every field saves as you type, and the day view shows the weather at your location alongside everything scheduled that day.
The difference to a project tool: the Planner knows the market. A recommendation from the Weekly Digest becomes a proposal in the Gantt with one click, approval goes out as a link to your agency or management, and last year’s timing sits one row above. You do not plan in a vacuum – you plan against what Zalando, About You and Peek & Cloppenburg are doing right now.
Three things a calendar cannot do. The Planner can.
Structure, money and sign-off live where the campaign lives – not in three other tools.
Umbrella campaigns and touchpoints
One parent campaign, as many child campaigns as you need, each with its own touchpoint timeline across email, push, Meta, in-app and website. Date warnings show when dates do not line up. Deleting the umbrella keeps the children.
Budget on three levels
Annual and channel budget, campaign budget split by cost centre, touchpoint totals with a traffic-light meter. CSV export for finance. Budget planning is a module Reyo enables for your account.
Approval links
Share a campaign with people outside Reyo – view, comment or edit rights, expiry date, access counter, revoke at any time. Recipients see a branded page without logging in and can tick the checklist if you let them.
Sync
Tasks go where your team already works.
Checklist items and accepted recommendations push to Asana or ClickUp as tasks – one at a time or all at once. The ICS feed puts the whole plan into Outlook or Google Calendar as a subscription. Sync with email providers is in preparation and not live yet.

Closed loop
A recommendation is only useful if it becomes a bar.
Every recommendation in Reyo ends with the button “Add to Planner”. It creates the campaign as a proposal in the Gantt – with the suggested dates, the discount and the evidence attached. You review, adjust, approve. The market observation and your decision stay linked, so next year you can see what you did and why.
What Reyo says about it
An example recommendation, as it appears in the Planner
Move your autumn sale forward by one week, to CW 39. Zalando, About You and H&M are expected to start in CW 40 at 30–40%; in CW 39 the inbox is almost yours. The Planner has already shifted the start as a proposal – you only need to approve it.
- About You · Newsletter · Sat Sep 12 · “Autumn sale preview: from Sep 28 up to −40% on jackets & boots”
- CW 39: 47% expected activity on average · temperature drop from Monday, Sep 21
- Your Planner: autumn sale CW 40 · proposal CW 39, from Sep 21 · approval pending
