    Yearly beats Monthly

    Growth yearly contracts get a 5 percentage point bonus (so 20% / 30% instead of 15% / 25%). Enterprise is yearly only — the bonus is already priced in. Payout on signing (yearly) or monthly at month-end (monthly).
