Which plan fits my team?

If you work on one brand and track up to 10 competitors, Growth is right. As soon as you manage several brands, need single sign-on or a contractual response time, Enterprise is the right path.

What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?

Accepted Answer

Yearly is the standard. If you prefer monthly on Growth, that works too – it costs 20 % more (€359 instead of €299 per month) and can be cancelled at any time.

Why is Enterprise yearly only?

Enterprise includes custom integrations, a dedicated account manager and a contractual response time. Those services only make sense over a full year – for you and for us.

Can I use predictions on the Growth plan?

Yes, as an add-on for €99 per month. You get the full forecasting module – competitor activity 4 to 24 weeks ahead, currently in beta. On Enterprise, predictions are included.

What are competitor views?

Competitor views are curated competitor sets. You can keep one for your direct competition, one for role models, one per country or one per product category – and switch between those perspectives with one click.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next billing cycle.

How does scaling work for seats and competitors?

You add seats and competitors in packages of +€49 per month. The price stays predictable and you never pay per individual action – no credit system, no usage-based pricing.

Is there a minimum term?

Monthly billing: none, cancel at any time. Yearly billing: 12 months.

Both plans get email support on weekdays from 9am to 6pm CET. Enterprise customers additionally get a dedicated account manager and a contractual 24-hour response time.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Growth: invoice or credit card (via Stripe). Enterprise: invoice.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

After cancellation your data is deleted in line with GDPR.

Yes, always. We recommend a 30-minute demo in which we set up your real competitors beforehand – you see what Reyo reads in your market before you decide.

What does “custom integrations” mean on Enterprise?

On request we build integrations to tools Reyo does not support out of the box. Scope and cost are agreed individually and quoted separately.
