Marketing Recommendations

Whether you launch this week, and with which discount. With evidence.

Marketing Recommendations in Reyo answer one question: what should you do this week? Reyo reads the market, your own campaigns and the outside world and turns them into a recommendation with timing, mechanic and discount. Every recommendation shows the data it is built on. No black box.

Other tools stop at the data. Reyo starts there.

A dashboard tells you that three competitors sent a sale on Thursday. It does not tell you what to do about it. Reyo does: it puts the market feed, your own planned campaigns, the predictions and external signals – weather, events, trends – next to each other and looks for the moments where they collide or leave a gap.

Each of those moments becomes a recommendation with a clear sentence at the top: move the autumn sale forward, hold the discount at 20 percent, skip week 44. Underneath sits the reasoning and, one click further, the evidence: the actual competitor mails, the forecast, the weather curve. You can check every claim yourself before you act on it.

Recommendations are not a chat you have to prompt. They are generated from the data you already watch, land in your inbox on Monday at 8:15, and move into the Planner or your to-do tool with one click. Reyo MCP is there when you want to ask a follow-up question – the recommendation comes first.

Five reasons the market gives you to act.

Each type is built on a different signal and answers a different question. Together they cover most of what moves a retail calendar.

01Competitor campaigns

Discount overlap

Your campaign and a competitor’s sale hit the same week with a similar mechanic. Reyo shows the collision and suggests a shift in timing or discount.

Example

Move your autumn sale forward by one week – three competitors go live with up to −40% in week 40.

02Predictions and calendar

Whitespace

A week where little competitor activity is expected, or an occasion nobody in your set used last year. Room that is yours if you take it.

Example

Week 39 is quiet: 47% expected activity on average, three of eight competitors below 40%. Send your preview here.

03Consumer trends

Trend

A topic gaining traction in your category before it shows up in competitor mails. Reyo suggests where it fits your assortment and how to phrase it.

Example

Quiet luxury is climbing in fashion search and social – position the wool coat line before the market does.

04Season and event calendar

Event

Special days and seasonal moments with last year’s competitor activity attached, so you see what worked, who was early and where the gap was.

Example

Singles’ Day: last year only one competitor sent. A short flash sale on 11 November meets little competition.

05Weather forecast

Weather

Temperature drops, heat waves and rainy weekends move demand for whole categories. Reyo pairs the forecast with your assortment and the market.

Example

Temperature drop from Monday, September 21 – bring jackets and boots into the subject line before the weekend.

Evidence instead of a black box

You can check every recommendation yourself.

Every recommendation opens an evidence panel with the raw material it was built from. Not a summary of the data – the data. That is the reason marketing teams trust the recommendation enough to act on it, and the reason they can explain it to their managing director in one sentence.

  • The original competitor mails and ads that triggered the recommendation, with brand, subject, date and discount
  • The forecast week the recommendation refers to
  • External signals with source and date: weather forecast, event calendar, trend curve
  • A judgment sentence that says what to do – and a button that puts it into the Planner or your to-do tool

Monday, 8:15. Three recommendations, three pieces of evidence.

You do not need to open Reyo to get the recommendation. The weekly digest brings the three most important ones to your inbox on Monday morning, each with its evidence line. Alerts between issues – when a competitor changes tactics – are next.

From the mail it is one click into the evidence, one more into the Planner. Accepted recommendations show up as campaign bars in your calendar or as to-dos; dismissed ones leave the feed.

What Reyo says about it

A recommendation you can argue with.

Move your autumn sale forward by one week. Zalando has announced a preview from September 28 with up to −40% on jackets and boots, and the weather forecast shows a temperature drop from Monday, September 21. If you send on the 21st, you meet the demand first and the discount second.
Evidence
  1. 01Zalando newsletter, September 14: “Autumn sale preview: from Sep 28 up to −40% on jackets & boots”
  2. 02Weather signal: temperature drop from Monday, September 21, max 11 °C, rain on three of five days
  3. 03Predictions: 94% sale probability for Zalando in week 40, week 39 the quietest of the horizon
