Competitor Monitoring
Every newsletter, every push, every ad your competitors send – read, not just collected.
Competitor Monitoring in Reyo reads the newsletters, push notifications, Meta ads and website of your competitors and classifies every campaign: occasion, discount, voucher code, minimum order value, assortment, send time. On one timeline, as of today.
The feed is not the product. The reading is.
A competitor feed you build yourself from a mailbox and screenshots shows you subject lines. Reyo shows you campaigns: which occasion, which discount, which code, from what order value, for which assortment, for how long. Every newsletter is stored as the original HTML, every push as the lock-screen message it was, every Meta ad with its variants.
To do that, Reyo sits where the campaigns arrive: in inboxes, on devices that carry your competitors’ apps, in the Meta ad library. Each message is evaluated – occasion, discount, mechanic, tone, send time – and placed on the timeline. Five views, one dataset: Gantt for timing, feed for creatives, list for filtering, board by status, calendar for the week.
The difference to a plain newsletter archive: you get the conditions behind the creative, not only what is visible at a glance – and push notifications from more than 50 retailer apps that never land in a mailbox. Since December 2023 this has grown into a history of 300+ brands you can compare every new campaign against.
Four things a mailbox subscription cannot do.

Competitor profile
One competitor, 30 days, measured against its peer group.
Each profile shows emails, promotions, ads and push of the last 30 or 90 days, the rank within the peer group and the Meta ad load of the past twelve months. You do not just see that Zalando is getting louder – you see whether that is normal for the group.
What Reyo says about it
Watching is the start. The recommendation is the reason.
Every pattern in the Monitor can become a recommendation with evidence. An example from the demo tenant:
Recommendation · sample dataMove your autumn newsletter to Tuesday, September 22. Zalando and About You are running sale finales at up to −30 % until September 20 – your −15 % would get lost this week. From Tuesday the inbox is quiet again.
Evidence
- Zalando · newsletter · Sep 10–20 · up to −30 %, code FINALE30, MOV €50
- About You · push · Sep 12 · “Sale endgame: −25 % on top”
- Peer group · avg. discount 24 % over the last 30 days
